The big washer looking thing on the left was found on a rocky salt water beach about 6 imches down. It reads 90-91 on my ATPro.

The small square piece was found in a heavily wooded area near a high school where kids go to smoke during lunch break. It reads 80-81 on my ATPro. It has the numbers "2445" stamped into it and looks like something broke off at the bottom where it would have been longer.

Both pieces are pretty heavy for their size. My guess is lead based. The quarter is just for a size comparison.

The one on the right might be carbide or tungsten which would also explain why it's so heavy.

I had to Google what that was. I guess it could be something like that. Considering it's not perfectly round I'm guessing it's not mass produced so I may never know for sure. My thought was some sort of custom made washer but I don't see any ware marks from it being used like one. It doesn't seem to have any markings at all except for what the salt did to it.

Thanks for the idea and the welcome.

Is there a simple way I could test it to see if it's one of those?
