Found this bottle at an old ghost town that was submerged in California but due to the drought is visable now found tons of broken pottery and bottles that I know are old but not sure I this one I don't know my liquor bottles so this could be a recent bottle but I'd rather see if it old or not before I toss it I'll probably look dumb when its a bottle that's from now but its okay lol

It's been my experience that if they have the ridges on the bottom, they're not old.

Lol darn I was hoping at least 1940s or 1950s in the least oh well still the information gained is always a good thing

I have found collecting shards with makers labels fun, not worth anything but to me, but fun.

I brought back tons of shards I know are at least 100 years old by makers marks I enjoy it have a huge collection worth nothing but I like it as well

It looks like a Brandy bottle. Try searching E & J Brandy.

Your bottle is probably from the 50s or 60s. Ate there any number codes embossed on the front or the back of the bottle?
