✅ SOLVED Probable scabbard tip, but looking for more information about it.

Posting for a friend. I'll try to get answers to any questions about it. At this time, I can't say what type of site it was found at, although it was in Minnesota.
Measures 2 3/4" x 1 1/2" wide by 1/2" thick, the filigree design is the same on the front and the back. There appears to be a remnant of some sort of glue on the inside.

I tried lensing it. Results might be different with a better lit pic, but IDK.

It turned up what I think would be a good starting point.

Looks like a tip, what material is it?

Bronze most likely, brass or copper possible. Without scratching it, its hard to say exactly.
