Ohio judge to decide man's fate for sharing snack cake

MCARTHUR, Ohio (AP) -- A judge in southern Ohio must decide whether to send a man to prison for sharing a Little Debbie snack cake. The case involves 21-year-old Timothy Caudill, who last year was held in a residential community corrections program in Nelsonville for breaking into a bar.

What a freaking joke ! This article epitomizes much of what is wrong with our legal / justice system. It doesn't have to make sense - somebody violated something - punish the !@#$%^&*& out of him/her for it !

Diggem'

hed better be careful, sharing a little debbie in the big house can get you a boy friend! ;D

Kinda reminds me of the guy in California that was gonna do life in prison for snatching a piece of pizza. He already had two strikes and stealing the slice of pizza was his third. Can see it now, Whatcha in fer? Snatchin pizza.....

The real sad thing is our tax payer dollars are going to housing & feeding them and paying for these idiotic cases to run their courses Jeeze......
