Printers plate??

Can any one invert this and maybe make out the Signature or just give any other clues, It was found in Ledbetter Park in Cameron, Texas. Seems to be a older spot in the park, as iv dug a few wheats in the teens. The parks not that old built just B-4 WWII Its 2" x 2"

First guess Aunt Jemima Or Rosie the riveter. But I think an earlier version of Aunt J. Cant make out the sig.

Its a Bird of some Kind thats a pot in the back ground, i did print it but of course its not as good as the pic

Hope you don't mind i played with the sig pic a bit, still kind of hard to read.
Most likely the artist signature but if he/she is well known you might find the
original ad.
