Found this one early this past summer. It is obviously a printing plate, but I don't know for what or the date, please help....Possibly I can send the first correct identifier a reward if I can find something. I have a nice pear and many chestnut trees that have some super goods. Please feel free to manipulate my pics.

Thanks!

Joseph M. Gaites was a producer of musical plays in large venues. This likely was an advertisement for one of these. (maybe for a production of "The Three Twins"? ...a guess based on the 2½ figures you mentioned)
What state/area did you find this?

When I looked at the second word a couple of days ago I thought that it might be USHERETTES, and when I did a google I found that there was a play The Fall of the House of the Usherettes.

Long shot.

I wonder if that's a sister production to "The Fall of the House of Usher?"

Charlottesville, VA
in a public park that was once used as a dump, as I was told.
