Prices in Southern ON Canada

I was at my local yard today and noticed aluminum prices continue to plummet, #2 copper wire is slightly up and tin and white goods are pretty well the same.

Things haven't changed in 2 months.

how much are you getting for tin?

$115/NT took in 425lbs got $25 give or take a few pennies

Also southern Ontario:

White goods 100/NT
yellow brass 1.80/lb
#2 copper 2.75/lb
batteries 0.17/lb

Steel is paying out well around here now. Last year I wouldn't even get 100 for short steel. Now its at 170 a ton.

Hmmm I'd like to know who that is, cuz my local yard doesn't pay anywhere near those amounts. I will make phone calls to the the surrounding yards next week.

I had heard that other yards pay more than what mine does, this just proves it.

Holy crap $210/NT for whitegoods I've never seen prices for that ever! Thanks for that information!

I'm not that far from London, might be worth the trip because I have been saving up my whitegoods for awhile.
