IMHO EBay is a good reference on what things are worth - but, what do I know!

If you can get $35 on eBay thats the best you'll get, minus the 10% in PP and ebay fees. If you average it out most culls are selling around $30 on ebay.

Ya I am get them around town around $28 as well so check your LCS

One of my LCS tried to charge me $40 for culled slick dollars. I almost broke out laughing. He thought he could take advantage of me. Went to my other coin shop and bought 90% halves for $1.25 over spot which ended up being $1.80 over spot after taxes (boo). Best I could find in my area. Beats the $20 premium for culled slicks. Laughable. Now I only go to that shop for collecting supplies.

I buy off eBay but seem to get better prices at the pawn shop, 2 weeks. Ago I bought a Morgan a peace and a silver eagle for sixty dollars all in great condition not culls by a long shot, when I get paid I drive around and just shop at pawn shops looking for a deal, remember cash is kling !!

30 for a 1921 in fair shape - 34 for 1880 ish ones

How come morgans n peace dollars have such a premium? Even more then ASE's.

I think spit on a Morgan right now is around $17 but finding one at 25$ would be a deal.

They are more collectible then ases. They hold more value above melt. Numismaticly.

I bought 4 Morgans in fairly descent shape on an proxibid auction a week ago for 24-25 each. 0% internet premium helped keep the cost right at the sell price as well. Not too many auctions on there that offer 0%

I won a gun on proxibid a few years back, then after i won found out i had to pay some bs 18% buyers fee, never used that place again.

Glad it worked out well for you

The premiums are listed in the fine print for sure, along with shipping charges. Some of the companies selling on there are crazy with their fees. One charges 19.95 per coin won. It usually works itself out because their items usually end with bids that have kept the premium and shipping charges in mind
