Yep, Goldfinch. There have been a few around here but I haven't got a picture yet.

We had them about three weeks ago. They are actually around all the time but they only put on their bright colors during mating season. The male is bright yellow and the female is a dull or pale yellow.

Plant some wild sun flowers around the yard. They love those.
