My first choice would be funiture related with the small hole,but could be gun I guess not had time to look for it on my sites.

Did want to add the little silver spoon handle once had writing.Kinda strange as it would had been on top of the spoon.To bad it wasn't whole. :(

That's an entire archeological site you have there! I take it this was all in the sediment of waterways? Fantastic collection of items, especially the Indian items, pre-Colombian likely, I'd say. Did you sift sediment for the non-metallic items in particular?

After looking over the finds better the round pewter button which dates early.I see it has marks on the front & is a first for me on that type pewter button.Almost looks like crossed swords in a way.Reminds me of a couple flat pewters I found a couple years ago.
Boy this one is getting real close............(Circa 14th - 15th century)
