Prettiest find to date!

Was able to go to the creek for a few hours this past Sunday. Brought home a bag full of tools, scrapers, cool rocks, and fossils.

This is the prettiest piece I've found. A scraper? Sorry the on site pix are blurry, sun was glaring.





Overall pic of some finds. The first was taken yesterday, but some were still wet. The second I took today.



A preform? Has some edge work, but not all the way around.


Some type of tools. Both have a real fine worked edge all the way around.



Knife? My husband found this one. It's worked on both sides, but don't know if it wasn't finished or just beat up in the creek.

That is some very pretty material mrs brown ... It looks similar to Dover chert nice finds it sure looks like we hunt the same spots haha

I call them flake tools. My favorite type of tools to find. Yeah I believe you and painter have probably seen each others tracks before and never even knew it, lol
