Pre-Columbian pedestal bowl?

Purchased this recently at an estate sale of someone who was very well travelled. Did some research and looks like a possible Pre-Columbian pedestal bowl.

Any additional thoughts? May have been painted at some point.

Google Nariño Bowl.

It could be from a lot of different areas, but the Nariño in Colombia made more of that style of bowl than any other culture.
