Prayer Cards from 1916 and 1918

I got this with a huge bundle of vintage postcards I received for $25. I decided to keep them but have no idea if they are valuable or what they are. I was hoping someone might be able to shed some light on these mystery cards. They are 4" x 2.5". Thanks guys.
