Last month, my ATPro suffered an accidental injury during one of my outings. It was still under the factory warranty and I went through the process of shipping it back to Garrett for repair. I was helped by a friendly customer service representative, and shipped the detector. It arrived at the factory 0n 5-2-13. Fedex showed up at my door today, 5-8-13, with a fully repaired ATPro...six days later! The company replaced the damaged part and it works great.

I am completely satisfied with Garrett's product and customer service. I am hoping other Garrett users are experiencing the same level of commitment from this fine company. Sub 8-)

I had a similar experience with Garrett and my AT-Pro.
They back their products and have excellent customer service.
I now own several of their products because of their reputation and my pleasant experience with their customer service.
 

The couple times I called them they promptly replied to my email and handled my needs. I am very impressed with the quality of CS this company offers. Five stars by this reviewer...
 

Also don't forget,their MADE in AMERICA.
