Powerball - helping MD'ers

I figure I'll place this post here and let the experts shift it to where they think it is most appropriate.
Firstly - a Disclaimer - I have no financial interest whatsoever, in this product. My only reason for even bothering to introduce it (assuming someone else hasn't done so already) is that it seems to me, the perfect exercise tool for MD'ers.
I and my two sons who are into martial arts, continue to regularly use ours. It's a fascinating way to exercise the upper body, arms, wrists etc, at your own pace - even sitting down with a whisky in the other hand 8)
