Primary Interest:
All Treasure Hunting
Today after work I hit a little park and a tot lot I found on a satellite map view, near the older part of town that I never noticed before. Only searched for about an hour and a half but still found all this stuff in such a short time. A toy helicopter, a broken chip of a machete?, a dart tip, a salt shaker, $1.94 in clad. A pile of washers, and other stuff. No gold or silver, haven't seen any of that in a long time.... but if I keep this up... I should see some soon.... I hope anyway!

Good lord man! looks like it was a fun hunt! Congrats.

That's a lot of targets for a 1 1/2 hours nice job I like the salt shaker. Way to go!!!

GOD BLESS!!!!!!!

Crawdigger, I sure wish it was! But unfortunately its just a broken aluminum top to a fence pole. At least I think it is??

65chevy, I must admit... After a while I started digging with my foot in the tot lot... It got to a point where within every foot or two I was getting a coin target, or a washer, so I just kicked the sand/woodchips around to get the goods... It made for some easy diggins!

Well great finds none the less!

Looks like my hunts! Hang in there we will find the good stuff soon! Either that or open our own metal recycling co.!

Keep digging brother, you are cleaning our environment.

I noticed a makers mark on the salt shaker, and thought I'd check it out for fun. Turns out its a somewhat collected glass maker, Hazel-Atlas that made glassware from (1902-1964). This salt shaker, as it turns out is older than anything else I found at that park. Kind of cool.

Here's a link about HA-
