I found this poultry band that says "CV" "1147'' "N.H. US Official pullorum". It looks a old one based on the number, but how old do you think it is?

Thanks,

Different forum says 1930-40s...used to band chickens or turkeys after checked for pullorum disease?.....want to add that I see they are still being used today but would think the ones used nowadays possibly plastic.
