i want to start a new thread and forum and have no clue how to the website is great until you want to post i see nothing for it ??

you can start a new thread in any of the many existing topics (go to "forums" at the top of the page and choose a topic. for example 'todays finds')
I believe only admins can make new forums, otherwise there would be thousands of forums and the entire site would be a big jumbled mess.

Under Forums pick a topic like General Discussion and give your thread a title, story and then submit.
