Posted this before with no answer. Checking to see if anyone knows.

Let me be the first to reply to your re-post......I don't have the foggiest idea, either, but I wish I did. Maybe a jeweler? Not Zales, or a chain store in the mall, but a real jeweler. They may use it, if they sell loose stones that customers can select and have set........... ??? ???

Hope someone has some info.

Roger

If nothing else they could be used industrially, including diamond chips. I have no idea how much those would sell for though.

Thank you both for the info. I will go and check it out with local jewelers. No places around here for the industrial, but then again could always find a place online like that and find out what they compare to a jeweler.

Thanks again,

Rev

I took a Diamond Ring to a Local Dealer years ago.

He Recycles.

He told me 10 Cents a Point for Diamonds.

The sad thing is, Diamonds are not worth anything.
The Value is set my the Diamond Industry, who only releases
a set amount yearly, and puts out adds convincing Women
"A Diamond is Forever" and if HE Loves her he will Buy her one
no matter what the cost.

The Best way to profit from a Diamond is to Sell it
to a Person who wants to have it mounted.

Thank you Jeff. I had not gotten to talk industrial yet, but I did talk to some jewelers and it seems that your suggestion seems to be the best way. Either that or hold em for my wife / daughter.

Thanks again,
