One at a time or all at once, I don't care, I want to see some Morgans.

More than I got! If you keep at it, you can get some of the tougher ones cheap-ish. I got lucky and scored a '90-CC for $25 from my dealers junk bin, and a '79-CC capped die from eBay for $60 since the guy thought it was fake lol.

Lol, you guys are doing better than me!

I've got about 5 or 6 1921 (at least one of each mintmark) and working on Peace Dollars mostly.

Start a post a peace thread, I have a few I'll share.

I would like to post a pic of my Morgans to show. Any one guide me how to post pics? Thanks!

Make a photobucket, it's the easiest way. Fairly self explanatory from there.

That's way too large a premium for me, as well. I have a blue and yellow obverse morgan like that without the prooflike surfaces that's probably a 63. Asking 65 money for it because, why not? Cool looking coin. Out of curiosity, what was your top bid?

I was not going to pay over $300 and I would expect to lose money if i was to resell the same coin. Here are similar coins although they may not be toned i feel that toning on these particular coins is not a rare event they sold in the low $200 range. Also the population of this particular coin is 1900 or so and some grade as high as 68PL.

1881-S $1 MS65 Prooflike PCGS. PCGS Population (1874/554). | Lot #22301 | Heritage Auctions

1881 s PCGS MS65PL Frosted Gem Prooflike Morgan Dollar | eBay

1881 s Morgan Silver Dollar PCGS MS65PL Eagle Is Heavily Frosted Strong Strike | eBay

So the toning premium was about double... that's impressive. I'd expect that it will be sold for a loss as well, if/when the owner parts with it.

This is my baby.
