Possible Token?

Found this on the side of my house yesterday. The house was built in 1945. It is made out of aluminum, 1 3/8" in diameter and 1/16" thick. It registered as a solid 50 cent piece and was about 4 inches down. Anyone have any ideas?

Yes but I have not seen that type; 60's era carnival arcade token made with a machine like this..
