possible roman coin?

hey guys, this in an old find that I posted in a 2013 wrap up thread that they suggested I post over hear because some thought it may be a roman coin?, I don't own a scale but I posted it next to a standard dime for comparison purposes. It rang in low 80s on my atpro similar to a silver dime if that helps

It's not Roman.

The flakey pot metal & the same image on both sides scream souvenir, but no idea what its copying, kinda looks Egyptian?
