Hey guys and girls, I found this thing today at my holiday home near Malaga, Spain. Any help will be greatly appreciated. The object is 15x16 millimeter . I think it says roma, on the side with the two people.

I believe it's a Catholic religious medallion. My guess is that it's probably dates somewhere between 1750-1850

I don't know about its age but I think the second pic is a depiction of Our Lady of Guadalupe.

Possibly a first communion pendant, given the kids praying in front of the chalice.
