Possible rev war button

Hey guys, I’m looking for help identifying this pewter coat button. I’m thinking it’s revolutionary war period but hoping to get an exact ID. Thanks!

Thank you guys, I just got a private message that this is a previously unknown example! British 64th regiment of foot

Pepperj nailed it. British enlisted man's button, a new variety to boot! That big blob of pewter on the back with the iron shank coming out of it is called a "boss" and is a sure sign of British use. I'd give it a bath in a 50/50 mix of Elmer's glue and water, or it will crumble on you - quickly once it dries out completely. Great find.
