It would be nice if you could have it certified, graded and the Error attributed on the holder's label. However, due to the circulation damage on the Reverse, it is quite possible that PCGS or NGC would not certify and grade it and it could end up being returned to you in a body-bag although it is a great Error coin. I would recommend sealing it in a protective 2x2 holder and put it away or if you want to sell it, then you could take your chances by listing it on eBay. Check the link below for similar Error coins that have sold on eBay to get an idea of it's possible value. Please understand that due to the circulation damage, the coil will likely not fetch a significant price!

Sure looks like it was ground by a wheel
Don't think there would be course wheels in the minting process of a penny

It's a split planchette that came apart after it was struck. How would you think grinding a coin would make the obverse impression show through?
