possible plate?????

well myself and CWDIGGER got out this morning for about an hour or two this is all we found, at first i thought omg i've dug a plate but after cleaning a bit i have no idea what it is and thought someone on here would know so heres some pictures thanks for looking HH

Ok I think I have this figured out. Check this link, its a large PDF, scroll down to page 31. http://www.wbdg.org/ccb/NAVFAC/OPER/mo312_2.pdf
I think you have an inspection tag for a wood pole. BTC is the suppliers brand. SP is for southern pine. SK is for chromated copper arsenic preservative treatment. The numbers are for the preservative retention and length. I think this is right.
