✅ SOLVED Possible Navy button???

Need a little help with this one, anchor button I think is a possible Navy button but not sure of the era or if it's actually from a uniform because this two-piece button has a steel/iron back. Any thoughts?

Iron/steel backs are typically more modern, civilian copies of military buttons.

Actual Navy buttons would have a brass back.

I found this one listed under the Career Uniform section at the Waterbury site. But, they don't give any information on its use. Maybe you could contact them for more.
