Possible Medal?

This item was dug up while digging the foundation of a home in England by my relatives. I have no idea what it is. The pics aren't the best, but they should get us going. There is text that runs on the edge on both sides. But I can only decipher REX on the top of the bust. The bust seems to have scaled armor on the arm and a wreath on the head. The reverse seems to have an angel, with outspread winds, and what looks like a shield. A woman looks to bowing down on the left or offering something. I have no idea on age.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Germany. Frederick the Great (1740-1786), The Battle of Prague, Bronze Medal 1757 by Johann Georg Holtzhey, bust right in armour and sash, rev Victoria hovering over a kneeling figure of Austria, FAMA PRVDENTIA ET VIRTVTE, 48mm (Olding 604b; Henck 1620). Extremely fine.

Didn't take too long b/c I got lucky. Was searching George III medals and just happened to run into that one. It was a fun search - neat find too
