Possible human figure

Found this last years last hunt. Might be some kind of human figure. Found it from old field.

It sure looks humanoid.
I found a couple that were similar that went to an old cast iron stove.

I think this was green-checked too early. The figure, if indeed a human figure at all, looks female with a long slender neck and what appears as a bust line.
What is it made of? What are the dimensions?

First, it's shown UP-SIDE DOWN.
The hand is on the woman's hip. The notch is a cut in the skirt. The head is missing.
Two breasts shown at the bottom.
