Possible cool penny error, thoughts?

So I came across this penny I believe is an error tonight. If you look close to the right of Lincoln's bust it has "states of America" counter stamped backwards. Given that and the rim I'm thinking it's an error. Maybe another penny got caught between the machines and this planchlette
Thoughts?

Nice find but! The coin was definitely struck off-center and also appears to also have been broadstruck (i.e. an Off-Center Broadstruck Cent). However, the incuse Reverse details strike on the Obverse, IMHO was done after the coin left the Mint (man made altering). I state this as the only way such an error to have occurred at the Mint would mean that the coin would have had to gotten back into the Striking Chamber after another 1961 Lincoln cent was struck (minted) and that the said newly struck coin was not ejected after striking (minting). Although this is not impossible, it is highly unlikely! It is also not a case where the coin hung in the Striking Chamber (was not ejected) and another planchet was fed into the Striking chamber on top of your' coin as the minting process would have obliterated much or all of the details on the Obverse of the coin since the planchet on top could not be struck by the Reverse Die and it would have no details. Sorry if this sounds confusing!

You are right enamel. I never clicked on the pics to blow them up before I wrote the above but once I read your post and then blew up the pics, it is clear that everything error-wise about the coin was faked using a vise. Thanks for setting me straight!
