Possible charm??? Noooo

Went out this morning to a new beach and got a lot of hits but didn't end up with much even with that. I got 3 quarters, 1 dime and 10 pennies. I thought I had also found a cheap charm of some sort too but my husband thinks it looks more like a sinker of some kind. I don't know it beats me. Whatever it is it is kind of rusting. But here are the pictures and you decide what it is.

I can't wait to see what tomorrow brings.
