Sorry, it is a natural rock.
 

Im absolutely new to this but I believe a hammerstone or any kind of native tool that is made from rock other than chert or flint, develops pretty specific wear points that make it identifiable. Beat another rock with that rock, and thats what a hammer stone would look like.... Not sure about a meteorite, might have been sarcasm... What kind of places you been hunting..???
