I finally got the plans done for the mineral jig. The unit comes in under 20lbs, with pump and motor. The main unit, minus the motor, axle, and other steel items, and a couple pieces of Delrin (acetal) can be built completely from 4" ABS pipe. 1 10' length is about $27.00 at Home Depot. A drill press and tablesaw required. Builder will also need a couple of items machined.

The video is of the prototype. Current model is very similar, but with some changes to control water loss.
