Hi everyone!!!!

Everyone has been SOOO helpful on this site and so I wanted to see if you could help out again. I found this piece this morning on a dive and I LOVE it!!! Curious if anyone has any information on it, maybe ideas on if it could have any history? I found it in the Virgin Islands. Thanks so much!!!
