Found one of these on January 11th in northern Wisconsin on a beach. How common are they?

Looking at the mint date and amounts made they seem pretty common.

These are common 2 grosze, worth about 1 cent. They are used in Poland commonly as I come to Poland to visit my family. However, many people throw them away as they just can't get anything with them. My grandpa gave me a whole roll of the 1 grosz, and I used them and my 2 groszy to buy groceries for my aunt.
