Pocket Watch plate date?

Hi.....I'm posting this because there are numbers punched in to the plate....not sure If the numbers can help date this piece. The numbers are 69 55399 2. The diameter of the plate is 41.6mm. Thanks.

That date range would make sense with the location. .....knowing the maker and what it looked like would be an added bonus for sure. ...thanks again

North Central PA....Cameron country. ....Gibson township. .... and when I get to my spot these were standing directly on top of it...staring me down and did not want to move. ....big as horses....only taste much much better. ...especially on the grill. ...
