The other day a real estate agent I photograph properties for asked if I wanted
to detect yard of a home she was listing. The owner had given her the OK for
me to detect as soon as the tennants had moved out.

When I got to the property my heart sank when I saw how tall the grass was.
However, in the backyard was a 2' x 4' piece of plywood that was in a junk pile
to be thrown out. I used that to flatten the grass and swing the coil of my detector
over the plywood. It worked like a champ!

Thanks for looking!

Great idea! I have only had one interaction with a realtor.....they said no without a blink of the eye. Congrats on the finds.

With finds like that I'd be out there mowing that front yard and hitting it hard. Fantastic finds.

Yikes, the long grass is the bane of my existence it seems lol! Great idea with the plywood!!
