Pls help ID ornate brass hinges (maybe trunk)

Hi all, first post. Hoping to help ID these hinges. I googled 'Kentucky brass company' in hopes to find something (it was a guess) but nothing turned up. I've found hinges extremely similar listed on Etsy by grand rapids brass co. These hinges are both stamped H723 KBC and F582 I got them from my grandmother and was going to repurpose them but decided to ID first. Any help is appreciated.

A company name is a great start. I am greatly intrigued by the similar ones I found online, from grand rapids brass co. The fancy work is nearly identical. It's this normal? What could explain that?
