Don't think so but you really need to clean it up. I'm thinking it might be a broken sickle guard

Came up in the iron range. It was found on a site where some old items from the 1700s and 1800s were found, including an 1803 draped bust, couple King George coppers and british miniballs.

Could be kind of a broken up guard off a sickle bar mowing machine.
