Not sure which, or maybe something else?

About ten inches in length. Found on property built 1841.

Any thoughts?

(and yes, I had to look up spelling for both pterodactyl and prosthetic)

It's not a plow, I've seen 'em, but darn if I can put a name on it right now. It's not a harrow, but they were used in the garden to cut the furrow between the rows of corn or what ever veggies were planted. Also used the same way weeding between the rows. I found a picture, and now remember the name, because it's in the picture. It's off of a cultivator, and I include photos.

I figured it to be a tiller/cultivator point. had to check and satisfy the curiosity.

Thanks!

Long ago, and far, far away, I was raised on a cotton farm. That looks like a point that could be brazed onto a plow point to me..............
