plow/cultivator share?

I’m assuming this is a plow share as it was found in our farm’s field, about 8 inches down. We used to plow and harrow this field for years but that equipment never had this angled/curved piece. As the farm dates back to the late 1700’s, it could be of an earlier era....? Any thoughts as to a general timeline this might have been in use?

Some people call them a middle buster and some call them bull tongue plows ,its not a new version, hope this helped.

Thanks, so I’m thinking Horse/Oxen drawn, 1800-mid 1900’s?
