Plomb tool Co find

I found this in my neighbor front lawn It says Plomb tool co I could use some help IDing it

Not sure what it is but it must be 1934 or before, after that they used a triangle in place of the O.
can you make out the marks at the bottom?

A round "o" in the word Plomb and marked "Los Angeles" with a year number followed by a letter dates it between
1927 and 1933. The single number would be the last number of the date. A point down triangle for the "o" in
plomb dates after that. I have no idea what tool your part came from, they made all sorts of tools, wrenches, sockets, adjustable end wrenches, hammers etc., including "Proto" tools in later years.

yeah I was really surprised because I had not found any thing excepted zink pennys so a great way to end the day

Plomb Find

Would you be interested in selling that there piece of metal? I am a huge collector of any and all Plomb Los Angeles Paraphernalia I also love that patina from being buried!
