Pliers possible silver? Help with marks

Show a picture of the whole item then maybe we can figure out what they are.Normal pliers probably wouldn't be Silver, but if they are some kind of utensil like nutcrackers it raises the possibility of them being Silver.Could be part of a serving set.I would think if Silver they would be marked as so.

Here is a pic of the pliers. I agree most wouldn't be silver but I've never seen a makers mark like these on a pair of pliers either...

That's them. Thank you. I've wondered about this for a few years now. I still don't understand why they put all of the stamps on them though. They seem to be sold in bulk mostly.
