Pleasure Island, Wakefield, Massachusettes Ghost Theme Park

I was web surfing and found this site by accident. Figured I'd place it here in case any of you Massachusettes TH'ers needed a site to hunt. Much of the park has been built on but it seems that the lake would be prime for water hunting or maybe a suction dredge. Or has it been hunted to death? Post photos of any new finds.
