Hi Folks: My wife found this on the property the other day and we don't know what it is. The ring collar thing on the back moves freely around the neck. The tip is of a different type of metal. The main body seems like regular metal or iron. We thought about a curtain weight or a plumb bob but the ring thing didn't jive with that. Anyway, thanks in advance for any help.
