The 1250 is basically the same as the gtp 1350 only without the profiling. Every post I've seen about the 1250 is good stuff. The garrett forum at findmall.com should answer any questions you have. I have a 1500 and really enjoy it. It will go deeper than I want to dig and great target seperation.
