Please help with this button

I found this at a 1940's site, but it seems to be older. It's totally flat on the back and is slightly larger than a dime. I can clearly read "LONDON" (starting at about 10 O'clock) and it looks like the next word begins with "EX" and either "BAR" or "RAR". Came in at +34 VDI. Thanks!
