Hello All,
I found this coin today and I don’t believe I’ve seen it before. I found it not far from where I recently found a King William III. It rang up a 19 on the Equinox. I can not read any date or any letters on the coin. Thanks for your help!

This would be it. I have indeed never seen one before. Any idea on where I can’t get more info about this coin that I might be able to get a date range in it? I could swear I see a five now that I know where to look. A quick search doesn’t seem to show much info on this type of coin. The latest ones I see are late 1600’s. This is a pretty cool find? Anybody ever dig one of these before? I’m curious how rare it is.

Well done Good ID Don My town was founded in 1826 so I doubt Ill find one but thats freakin cool, hope you find some more info.

What one in good shape looks like. I think this is my oldest coin yet! I never thought I would find a coin this old. King Charles II. 1660-1685. Latin inscription “Nemome impune lacessit” No one provokes me with impunity. I guess he didn’t mess around....
