Please help to identify ancient Silver Fibula with Pin Stem

Obverse (with Fleur-de-lis engraving) looks like to be originally covered with gold layer, I can see hammered marks on reverse (*23* or *32*) and - three slash lines (///) and some hardly describable patterns on pin stem and ring. Weight - 25 grams.

Thanks in advance for any input or advice for further research.

It comes from Baltics, so it could be Scandinavian one, but the pin stem definitely is out of something else in function.

It could also be late 1800's Gothic revival chatelaine, perhaps hallmarked also from the look of it.

This style of Brooch/Fibula is Ancient but your piece is a modern handcrafted tourist piece. Nicely done though.
