Please help. Strange characteristics.

I found this little guy in a parking lot.. its completely clear besides has inclusions in it, and at a certain angle you can see rainbow colors. Also looking at it from the top down it has 4 corners..when you put a light under it it illuminates immensely. Help me identify it.

Herkimer diamond , a type of clear rock crystal quartz, like original rhinestones?

Test how hard it is. See if you can make a scratch in it. Steel is 5 on the mohs scale. If steel won’t scratch it, try scratching it with something harder. Do you have any flint arrowheads? Flint is 7 on the scale. If flint won’t scratch it, it could be a gem material.

I do have flint. I will try that thank you

I took a masonry drill bit to it and didn't scratch it

Most likely a piece of tumbled quartz. Looks like one of those tumbled stones they have at "gem mining" sites for kids. My son was addicted to those places when he was a kid.
